Prioritization
of the strategies under VCHP
Out of the strategies identified as above it was decided
through a series of meetings with the officials of the directorate
and the World Bank team that only few strategies need to
be prioritized for implementation under the project mode
and the rest of the strategies may be carried out as routine
activities of the department. The strategies prioritized
for implementation under the project are:
1.
Mobile health Clinics
2. Training of tribal girls as ANMs (Tribal ANMs)
It was also decided that the supplementary nutrition would
be provided to pregnant women and children in selected areas
through mobile health clinics.
These
strategies are described in detail in a separate document
entitled, "Vulnerable Community Health Plan (VCHP).
