Dr. H. Sudarshan
Dr. H Sudarshan is well known in the field of Primary Health Care, Tribal Health and Health Activism. He is the Winner of the Right Livelihood Award, which is alternate to Nobel Prize. He is the former Chairman of the Karnataka Task Force on Health and Family Welfare; is also the former Vigilance Director, Lokayukhta, Government of Karnataka, Bangalore. He manages VGKK and Karuna Trust and under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) with State Government, he is managing more than 25 PHC's.
He specializes in teaching Primary Health Care, Good Governance and NGO Management.

Dr.K.S.SRINIVASA RAO has joined in Institute of Health Management Research (IHMR), Bangalore as Director on 24th May, 2010. Dr. Rao did his M.Sc.; M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Statistics (in 1992) from Andhra University, Visakhpatnam.
Dr.Rao worked as Research Analyst in Operations Research Group (ORG), New Delhi and has 25 years of experience in Teaching and Research and worked in College of Management Studies-GITAM (Visakhapatnam); NIRMA Institute of Management (Ahmedabad); T.A.Pai Management Institute (Manipal); KLS’ Institute of Management Education and Research (Belgaum); ALLIANCE Business School (Bangalore); Institute for Technology and Management (Bangalore).
Dr.Rao got the Senior Research Fellowship (during 1990-92) from CSIR, New Delhi. He got Visiting Associateship in Computers from UGC in 1998 and worked on DSS by visiting IIM, Ahmedabad. His current research interests are in Banking, B-Schools and also in new tools like Artificial Neural Networks. He has his publications in journal like SANKHYA, Indian Journal of Regional Science, Indian Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics, SANKALPA, ICFAI Journal of Applied Finance, ICFAI Journal of Bank Management, GITAM Journal of Management, etc. along with e-publications in Indianmba.com, HBR and MBA Universe.com.
Dr.Rao is a Member, Editorial Board of International Journal of Electronic Marketing and Retailing (IJEMR), INDERSCIENCE Publishers and also became a Member, Editorial Board of International Journal of Business, Management, and Social Sciences (IJBMSS)-Nigeria. Dr.Rao has attended several national, international conferences and presented his research papers as well as Chaired sessions in several conferences. Dr. Rao acted as Reviewer for Pearson Publications.
