There are 30 seats in Post Graduate Professional
Program in Hospital Management (PGPHM) for July 2008-09 batch and 30 seats for Post Graduate Program in Public Health Management (PGPPHM) at the
Institute of Health Management Research (IHMR) Bangalore.
The candidates are selected for admission to PGPHM / PGPPHM based on Personal Interviews* conducted by the Faculty of the Institute. The application forms are available on the
Institute website http://www.ihmr.org/.
The desirous candidates are requested to download the application
form, after completion, submit the form along with a DD for Rs 1000
drawn in favour of "Institute of Health Management Research,
Bangalore" payable at "Bangalore". The candidates can also
obtain a hard copy of application form from the Institute by sending a DD
for Rs 1000 and a self addressed envelope (23cms x 33cms). The form duly
completed will be submitted to the Institute by 31st May
2008.

*Personal Interviews for admission to PGPHM, PGPPHM
will be held at Bangalore and other cities of Delhi , Mumbai, Chennai & Hyderabad only, subject to minimum number of 5 candidates at each centre.
The
selection criteria include the following:
Command over English Language and communication skills
Computer handling skills
Aptitude for taking up Managerial Positions
Overall personality of the candidate
The selected candidates will be required to deposit Rs.20,000
within one week of selection. This amount will be adjusted
against the first installment of course fee. They are required to produce
original certificates for verification at the time of admission.
The
PGPHM / PGPPHM program will commence on 2nd July 2008. All
selected candidates are required to assemble at the Institute by 10.00
AM.
